[PHP-WIN] SSL win platform

Hi,
Does SSL or openSSL work on a win2000, apache(1.3.xx or 2.xx - precompiled binary) and 
php(4.3.x) system?
If yes, is there someone who can tell what to do for installing it and make it work?
