I am trying to run the web installer for PEAR.
I get this message...
Sorry! The PEAR installer actually does not work on Windows platform
using CGI and Apache.
Please install the module SAPI (see
http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.apache.php
for the instructions) or use the CLI (cli\php.exe) in the console.
This is my php.config file...

What am I doing wrong?
