Update for the record: remote includes work with the latest stable snapshot (my version: php4-win32-STABLE-200308051230.zip). You might encounter the famous "cannot load php/sapi/php4apache2.dll" after this one. Experiment with location of the php4ts.dll, I had to move it to the PHP/sapi dir to get it working properly, however, there are more possibilities see info and thread on http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.apache2.php
