I think that you need php_mysql.dll and not libmysql.dll. Probably there are two dll's. Search for php_mysql.dll in your php directory. If you do not have I think you should create it compiling the code. It should be located in c:\php\ext\mysql or something like this. If you have it put in c:\php\ext (your extension_dir in php.ini)
