[PHP-WIN] How to Access HTTP headers in IIS?

Dear all,

I'm encountering a problem how to access HTTP headers in IIS.
I know there is a function getallheaders() for Apache, but what about IIS?
Does anyone have any idea? Thank you so much in advance!
