Yes, I restarted Apache and yes I edited the correct php.ini file, it is looking in C:\windows for the file and I checked to make sure that the line was uncommented. Is there anything else I need to be changing in the php.ini file?? I made sure the php_mysqli.dll file was in the c:\php folder, in case that would do anything like this...
