I'm trying to build PHP 4.4.9 from source and it seems that most of the network related files #include <arpa/inet.h>.
This has never been a Windows header. Did I get the wrong source or something? I grabbed it from here: http://www.php.net/downloads.php The build documentation at the bottom of the manual at http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.building.php doesn't mention anything about it.
