Bsanneh, This is actually a quite easy exercise to complete. What you would need is an input form where the user enters an email address to be contacted at, then have that form enter the data into a database where it is stored. Then create a simple PHP Mail form that substitutes the email address into your script and loops through it until all the emails are sent.
