Sounds for all the world like it is something with the firewall.  I
suspect the firewall may be interfering with certain kinds of information
being passed to the form processor.  What information are you collecting,
and by what methods?  Are you using a lot of $GET['name'] variables or
$GLOBAL['name'] variables or things like that?  Firewalls strip out some
info that is not explicitly defined in the form.  Perhaps if we could see
the form and processor, we might be able to pinpoint better what is going
on?
