Ok. I just said I couldnt find the code on control center but I did find 
it. Now I want to get the code into the hosted db.

I receive this error:
   

You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'defaultCURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON  
UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,`first_name` varchar( 30' at line 3

Ok. This code is right from mycontrolcenter and it worked on
my machine but I have to assume that something is different on
theirs. How do I fix this?
