I have a table with 5000+ records, of real estate. There is a price column, INT(11), which has an index.
When I perform a complex query with joins, and a LIMIT, then the result comes back 'immediately'. However, if I add 'ORDER BY price', then the query times out. Values in the price column go up to about 60,000,000. I have removed the index, and rebuilt it, then done various checks on the database (using SQLYog), which all appear to be OK.
