Hello folks,
Little question: if you look at the source of the phpmyadmin home
page, you'll see a javascript between <script>...</script> tags,
writing out the frameset tags, followed by the same html code between
<noscript>...</noscript> tags.
Why is it done like that? Why have the javascript thing at all, and
not just go with the plain html code (without the noscript tags around
it)?
An inquiring mind wants to know.
