My personal suggestion would be that you give your users a link to a
service like www.internic.net, www.register.com, www.godaddy.com,
www.netsol.com, etc. where users can easily enter that information and get
the results they want. Their services are exceptionally good, I can't
imagine either of us writing one that would be better.
