Hi again no joy - I dont have phpmyadmin - its all done on the server through the host and they dont seem to provide it. I am at my wits end - all I want to do is filter the records according to what Course Category is selected in a drop down list and at the same time format the date to UK. Cant work out what on earth I am doing wrong here TIA M
