Since Windows CE is such a different animal from desktop versions of
Windows, I don't think the usual suspects will get the job done.
Here's the only project I know of that is working on something like this.
Everyone I've heard talk about it eventually comes to the realization that
it ends up being a "ground-up" project, having to build everything from
source code from scratch, taking into account the limited space and
resources available on many CE-platform devices:
