Hi,
I've learned a bunch reading these messages, but still am a neophyte.
I'm running a Fedora based webserver with Apache 2, PHP 4.2.2 and
MySQL 3.23.58. I have an application the has a user verification
photo that doesn't display properly. I think it needs GD2 and I have
1.68. From my research, upgrading to PHP 4.4.4 is the way to go as it
has GD2 built into it. I downloaded 4.4.4, ran ./configure, make and
make install, and restarted Apache. All that seemed to go fine. In
fact, if I type php -v at the console, it says PHP 4.4.4 with a
current build date. But phpinfo() still says 4.2.2 and the
verification image still does not display. What have I missed?
Thanks,
Bill S.
