I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to do, but I don't think it's
possible the way you describe.  If it is possible, you will probably
need to use AJAX to submit some elements of the form behind the
scenes.  Anyway, I'd probably recommend you skip trying to implement
in AJAX and just make two pages instead of one.  HTH!
