[php_mysql] pathname does include file - any idea why?

Hi,

Any ideas why the following line isn't working:

include_once('../../configs/config.php');

The line doesn't throw an error - but it doesn't seem to include the
config.php file in the script either. It is pointing to the correct
location of the file.

Any ideas? Am I misunderstanding something fundamental?
