Hi and sorry for not responding sooner!
Im currently in and out of hospital and don't get to bring my mail to there.
To answer your questions: No, I'm not running any servers or PHP from my
local PC. So far I've used dreamweaver to create the existing webbpage. It
includes some PHP scripts that I've pieced together with help from various
forums.
Since I don't have a history of developing the systems but rather using them
to the fullest I need "some" help understanding what it is I need.
Do I need to make my PC into a local webbhost or is it sufficient to use my
webbhotels server for this purpose?
I will download toad and see if I can figure it out by using that.

i love to use phpmyadmin on my localhost to generate my tables etc on
my machine thats what i generally do: but there are Hundreds of software
programs to do this
