That did it!  I dumped the current DB content to a CSV file, deleted  
all rows, changed the autoincrement on the id column, reimported the  
CSV file, and then posted from the from, which sent an email from the  
form, and the data got sent to my DB!

On to table design for viewing the results....

It's nice when it's a simple fix, and I appreciate the help.
