well I can add the line in html form MANUALLY for EACH form(which requires u to
keep track of all the forms that need to be updated).
What I want to find out is whether you can do this by making change in one
place and reflecting tht change(new option/checkbox for new subject added) in
all the forms tht need to display list of subjects available.(like a module tht
does the job for u)
  hv i confused u?

Im not sure what you are asking. Are you saying you cant add a line of
html to your form? Or are you asking can all of this be done in an
easier way?
