Do I do that in the phpMySQL editor?  Is it field by field, or is it  
the entire db?

Thanks for the heads up on that. :-)  It wouldn't be CC info, but I'm  
sure some people don't want their addresses, phone numbers  
potentially "in the clear" (when not viewed in the PHP generated page).
