[php_mysql] security control panel

hi 
i want use a good security in my control panel, but every code that i 
write create security for users .
if owner of site( persone that contorol panel is for him and he have 
username and password of host) know php, he can steal my control panel 
or change my code that it is not nice! 
what i do?
