[php_mysql] How to make a PHP MYSQL shopping cart & Administrative Panel

I ve just learned php mysql basics now i want to make a php mysql 
administrative panel and also a shopping cart but dont know where to 
start, please guide me how to make them step by step

Also refer me good tutorials in that regard.
