Bug description:
I tried the install 5 times and every time after the install claimed it was
successful, the index.php would just drop me back to the installer again. The
last time I said "eff this" and just tried leaving the DB prefix the default.
Upon clicking the "click here to see your site" it worked this time. The only
thing I changed was left the db prefix as default. I don't know if it's a
repeatable bug, I just wanted to get this working and I don't have time to test
it further right now. I thought maybe someone should look into it in their
spare time.
