Duplicating menus when changing menu id or path.

Bug description:
Because of the complicated matter which menu id's used, when you
changed the path of menu or now the menu id. It would create a
duplicate of the menu id. This means that you had to reassign and re-
set the menu to its correct location. This should not be the case, the
current menu should be upated rather.
