Bug description:
When the settings files are loaded (according to the local
/plugins/../config/host.config.php files), the local config folder
(/plugins/.../config) should be in the path to allow "single name"
files:
$configuration['host']['www.first_site.com'] = ‘first_site’;
↓
/plugins/MyPlugin/config/first_site.config.php
