Bill Gosse is still having a problem:
If Apache has access to the directory shouldn't it work. I certianly
don't have to put all files under the webroot for other apps that I
have. I can put those anywhere I want in the file system just as long
as I've declared, in the httpd.conf the directory they reside in.
