I know. But, stuff like --with-sapdb shouldnt change in the future. I didnt mean all 
of the options, 
but a lot of them were in 4.0.4 and are still undocumented.

I know, since I am (if I have the time...) translating myself. But I dont know, why 
there isnt even the
English (= original) text in the German Files.

I will finish writing the book in the next days. So, let me spend some time with
my Girlfriend and my daughter, and then I could compile a list.

I looked up an URL for nearly every, so if there is a need, i will post this too.
Seems like Google has a mirror on my Harddisk now ;)

I have a write account for phpdoc, so if anyone wants me to do this, I will. I someone
