could you please document the process for creating the .chm files and put
this in the phpdoc repository? (perhaps as README.chm?)
it would be nice to automate this eventually, but i suppose it needs
windows-based tools to create, which could complicate things. (hmm, i
wonder if they'd run under wine.)
