this had been discussed some time ago and by then the outcome was to add
a new migration chapter as there seem to be a lot of sites out there
still running PHP/FI

your and my efforts just overlapped by coincident, i didn't even know of
your checkin until i had finished the migration text
funny that this happend within two days while noone worked on it for
