My name is Alexei Borodin. I'm from Russia. I'm very interested in PHP,
especially in its final version... It has become really fast! Thank you and
all PHP-developers for this version!

I have a suggestion for you. It concerns a PHP documentation in Russian
language.
It looks like we have got a good team eager to translate it if you don't
