[PHP-DOC] Indonesian PHP Manual

hi all, :)

i'm interesting to write translation of PHP Manual into Indonesian language,
but i have no idea what i've to do to let this happen.

i've started by editing English version of PHP Manual (HTML Format) and
translate them into indonesian.

is that true..??
or any other things that i've to do to start writing a manual...??
please give a suggestion.
