The bad thing is that DocBook dsssl-stylesheets don't support hebrew yet.
The good thing is that I know how to add the basic support, if someone
else does the translation. Please contact me.
What might be a little more work is, are headlines right- or left-alingned
in hebrew? Are for example chapter numbers placed on the right or left
side of the chapter name? Etc...
