With all due respect, I don't see why that would be beneficial. I
personally like browsing the manual online; it's searchable, it's
up-to-date, and it's well organized.

Hiring a publishing company, etc., requires an investment of time and
money. Then who would buy it? The manual is available for free online
and it has all the features I mentioned, EXCEPT a printed version would
inherently be a bit out of date because it wouldn't be able to pick up
the changes that are made daily to the online manual.
