[PHP-DOC] docbook...

So why in gods name r we using this crapy docbook and TeX ?
why do we have to be limited to one language and one language only ?!

Q. any one here want the pdf in a language other than english ?

who decided to use docbook / TeX, why cant we use somthin else ?!!!
