Hi! I have corrected all the errors mentioned by Robin Bolton, now the chm gerenator is ready to use with the new index.html index file, and some more improvements adedd... Please use the latest generator files to test the corrected method... I tested it with az english manual, it work ok, with both modes (normal, fancy).
