Looked now at http://www.php.net/manual/en/ and saw very weird numeration
in the manual:
1. The second-level sections are numbered in arabic numbers, except for
"Function reference", where they are in roman.
2. Getting started, Language Reference, Features and PEAR share the same
number sequence, though they don't go sequential in the manual.
3. In PEAR, both arabic and roman numbers appear.
