I can't see the entity Editedby in php/ja/bookinfo.xml. I think the former
was more correct. You can try to define the two entities "&Edited;" and
"&by;" and then make a new new entity with "&Edited; &by;". In the German
manual it is already defined in the modular stylesheets and looks like
"Herausgegeben von".
