This is my conclusion too. I think this will add value to the doc, so I
propose that we had those links along with typos correcting.
All configure option are gathered in the install.xml file (at least, I went
through the whole list once, last month or so). So, we should only have the
linkend to add.
As you're doing it, watch out for those untagged --with-option settings.
Some are left over.
