[PHP-DOC] chm fancy

Hi!

I have many plans about improving the CHM files
much more ;) They are now the best solution to
use on Windows systems, but will be even better :)

I am planning to improve the fancy style, and
make it a standard (instead of the plain style).

Hope I can commit some of my improvements this
weekend.
