Make sure your phpdoc-root is up-to-date
(cvs update -l , it won't bother you with other languages then...)
and rerun autconf, ./configure.
It works fine here...

(btw: you now 'fixed' the newlines in readme.win32. The diff
doesn't work because of that :(
I think it's best to keep the win32 readme with win32 newlines.
