during the translation of install.xml I've stumbled twice over this
sentence in the Windows-part:

Some extensions require you to have additional libraries installed
on your system for the module to work correctly. The PHP FAQ has
more information on where to get supporting libraries.

Have I missed something?
AFAIK there is everything (official) included in the distribution, and
no download or manual compilation should be necessary.
Pls. correct me if I'm wrong, otherwise I'll change this also.
