i only remember hints about how to get the effect manually by removing
the translations from the local CVS checkout and comments about '23MB
in the phpdoc repository isn't that much, even with a 14.4k Modem' ;)
anyway, is someone with enough karma reading this or should i contact
Sascha about it?
