[PHP-DOC] FAQ : new version

Hi all,

Here is a new version of the FAQ-in-the-DOC project.

It uses 
  <qandaset>
   <qandaentry id="faq.mailinglist.isthere">
    <question>
    <answer>
XML tag, and this is MUCH better than the 'refentry' option.

You can find an attachement with the two first chapters (general and mailing
list). This one was generated with Jade. Comments and opinions are
welcomed.

If anyone has objections, I'll commit all this tonight, so we can get
wider feed back.
