Hi there, this problem exists for all languages, and many other files. I didn't go deep into it (I have no karma for PHPweb [or didn't get at least an answer to the request at the time with the chm-manuals], so somebody else has to take this task), but IMHO the problem seems to be the style.css in phpweb.
