Now that you pointed it to me, I can see it. :)
But the choice of words and the place of this very tiny little note is not
very good, IMO.

This problem is the biggest one to cause a pile of bogus bug reports,
so I'd add this to the part I said, in which it makes most sense:

"Some of these extensions need extra dlls to work. Some of them can be
found in the distribution package, in the 'dlls/' folder.

Note: To use php_oracle.dll / php_oci8.dll extensions you need to have

(Does someone know about exactly what is needed from the Oracle??)

Also in the install.txt there ain't nothing said about which
extensions need those dll's found in the 'dlls/' folder..?
Or do I need better glasses? 8-)
