get connection with the php-notes people, who are dealing with

Anytime a question keeps coming back, we should add it in
the FAQ. If it has an handy answer, one can put the question
and the answer. If answer has to be dig out from anyone else,
let's leave it as hidden comment : this way, phpdocmen will
be able to know the list of unanswered questions, and fill the
blank when they know it.
As a first draft, I suggest to keep the current file splitting,
as it has interesting categories.

Hehe, too late, French is done :-) But I won't commit this,
for the reason you just said. So, other translators, don't
translate!
I'm sorry, I won't be able to interact too much with the
content of the FAQ for the next month, as I'm moving and packing.
French doc will get slightly behind too, during this time.
But I'll be back, so prepare for huge commits :-)
