And errm, well, this external entity definition is all right,
as we are using the separate files (like the ones in the
chapters directory) to incorporate those documents into
a larger unit as it can be seen in manual.xml (or manual.xml.in).
Manual.xml is actually defines a <book>, and the files are
the chapters, references, etc...
