[PHP-DOC] URL entity in global.ent: unreachable

I cannot get to http://www.linuxcare.com.au/projects/natsort/
which is referenced by the ENTITY url.strnatcmp in global.ent.
I tried from my network and from an USA IP too. No DNS know about 
linuxcare.com.au.
Also, I couldn't find any "Natural Order String Comparison" page 
by Martin Pool (I searched on Google).
